Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an order cannot be delivered as agreed.
Once a product, account, or service has been successfully delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. Refund requests based on customer error, misunderstanding, accidental purchase, incompatibility, dissatisfaction, or a change of mind are not eligible for approval.

Any attempt to abuse the refund process, including fraudulent claims or repeated bad-faith requests, may result in account restrictions, service termination, or a permanent ban from future purchases.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes may result in the suspension or termination of access to Sky Stock services and may restrict future purchases. Sky Stock reserves the right to submit transaction records, delivery confirmations, communications, and other relevant evidence to payment processors and financial institutions to contest disputes when appropriate.
Customers who file fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may be reported to applicable payment providers, fraud prevention services, or other relevant organizations as permitted by law. Sky Stock also reserves the right to recover any fees, losses, or costs incurred as a result of improper chargebacks where legally permitted.
Upon successful delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for securing and maintaining access to any purchased account, product, or service. Sky Stock is not liable for any loss of access, damages, or issues resulting from customer negligence, shared account access, compromised credentials, password leaks, user-side bans or suspensions, or actions taken by third parties after delivery.
Customers are strongly encouraged to immediately update passwords, recovery information, and any other security settings upon receipt of their purchase. Once delivery has been completed, Sky Stock cannot guarantee continued access or provide compensation for issues arising from the customer's failure to secure the account or service.
Most orders are delivered within 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, delivery may occasionally take up to 1 hour. If any unexpected delays occur, our team will keep you informed and work to complete your order as quickly as possible.
